JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

~Plan and deliver engaging and comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards to promote student learning and achievement.

~Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love of learning, respect, and cooperation among students.

~Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students, including those with varying abilities, learning styles, and cultural backgrounds.

~Assess and monitor student progress through various formative and summative assessments, providing timely and constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians.

~Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain a productive and orderly learning environment.

~Utilize a variety of instructional techniques, resources, and technologies to enhance student engagement and understanding.

~Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement interdisciplinary units, projects, or activities to enrich the curriculum and promote cross-curricular connections.

~Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress, academic performance, and behavioral concerns, fostering a strong home-school partnership.

~Integrate technology and digital tools into instruction to enhance learning, promote digital literacy, and prepare students for the modern world.

~Identify and address individual student needs through targeted interventions, remediation, or enrichment activities.

~Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that values diversity, promotes social-emotional development, and respects the unique identities of all students.

~Maintain accurate and organized records, including attendance, grades, lesson plans, and other relevant documentation.

~Stay current with educational research, trends, and best practices to continuously improve instructional strategies and student outcomes.

~Participate in professional development activities, team meetings, and collaborations to enhance teaching skills and contribute to the school community.

~Adhere to professional and ethical standards, including maintaining confidentiality, upholding academic integrity, and respecting students' rights and privacy.
